What is USACFA?

USACFA is the United States Adult Cystic Fibrosis Association, Inc. USACFA, a nonprofit corporation, was formed to provide a source of information and education for adults who have CF - regarding the basis, nature and progression of CF, the latest treatments and research to fight CF, and to assist in the psycho-social aspects of coping with CF on a day-to-day basis. USACFA provides a network and a forum for communication among adults who have CF, their families, and medical professionals. USACFA publishes CF Roundtable, a quarterly newsletter for adults who have cystic fibrosis.

What is CF Roundtable

CF Roundtable is a newsletter for adults who have CF. It is published four times each year. Most articles in CF Roundtable are written by adults who have CF.

There is a subscription form on the web site which you can print, fill out and mail in. We request a donation of $10 per year per individual subscription, $20 (U.S. funds only) per year for addresses outside the USA, and $25 per year for institutions, but CF Roundtable is always free to those who are unable to make a donation.

Please consider contributing to CF Roundtable by sharing some of the experiences of your life in writing. Read the Focus Topics listed in the Future Focus topics section of the web site and see if there are topics you might like to write about. A Focus Topic is the main theme for a particular CF Roundtable. There is a different Focus topic for each issue of CF Roundtable. In addition, humorous stories, articles on basic life experiences, short stories, art work, cartoons, and poetry would be greatly appreciated. We require that all submissions be original and unpublished. With your submission, please include a recent photo of yourself as well as your name, address and telephone number. Photos will be returned. Type or hand-print your submission, using a plain font, not script, and please double-space your article. Mail it to CF Roundtable, PO Box 1618, Gresham, OR 97030-0519.
