Using educational seminars, art workshops, daily exercise sessions such as U-Jam and yoga, and fun group-bonding activities such as talent shows and games, the CF Summer Retreat helps adults expand their healing toolbox beyond the day-to-day medical regimen. The retreat encourages those with CF to live better by becoming empowered in self-management of all aspects of CF care. Please join us!
